    Description

    In this lot we have a 1904 Liberty V Nickel. It's the 1883 second variety with the same obverse with Liberty's portrait surrounded by stars. Redesigning the reverse placed the motto "E Pluribus Unum" above the wreath. Adding "Cents" below the wreath was important to clarify the denomination. This new reverse continued until the end of the series in 1913.
    It's an excellent looking coin, showing off the full dates, details and luster of the composition, making all of the components legible and notable. No major scuffing or blemishes on this coin.
