New Alula Resolution RE508X Universal Hardwire to Wireless Translator
The Resolution RE508X is a universal hardwire to wireless translation device. When faced with upgrading your existing security system to the newer modular security systems which have no ( or limited) hardwired inputs on-board, the RE508X is the perfect solution to continue using  these working wired zones!  Each security system manufacturer uses their own propriety wireless signal for their RF transmitters to communicate back to its RF receiver. The RE508X is a universal wireless translator designed to with the major wireless security vendors.
This translator module should NOT be used to  convert signals for life safety devices! Any existing smoke/heat or carbon monoxide detectors will not work with this device. We recommend purchasing new wireless devices that are fully supported for life safety with the new/current system.
Note: A separate 12VDC power supply (with battery backup) is required.  One option is to use your existing hardwired panel to power up this translator.  Another option is something like the
