LGB 4128 Vintage Green MOB R. Blank Boxcar with Brakeman's Platform, Box & Slv.

Description

For sale is a vintage LGB 4128 green boxcar of the Swiss Montreux-Berner Oberland Bahn advertising the R. Blank company with a brakeman's platform, original box and a protective sleeve.  The colorful graphics of flowers and vegetables are eye-catching and rich in detail, perfect for a Garden Railroad!  According to the "Kompendium" these cars were made from 1989 - '94; with the introduction of the 5-digit numbering system circa '93, this one is clearly and earlier model.  The car is in very good condition.  It has the original plastic wheels, but there is no extra coupling hook & spring set.  The box has some shelf wear and the label is a bit mottled by what, I don't know.  The interior packing "tray" has begun to yellow, in my opinion.  The sleeve also has shelf wear.  This comes from a smoke-free home.  I can combine, to some degree, multiple purchases in order to save a Buyer on shipping.  Please see my other LGB cars & items.
