Vintage Miniature Frogs Hear, Speak, See No Evil Porcelain Figurine Japan Green.
A very cute little frog figurine that reminds me of the old Wade figurines you used to get in Red Rose Tea because it's just as small. It is 2 in long and only about 1 inch tall.
The last two pictures show what could possibly be damage, I'm not sure because it looks like a chip but then again it's glazed over it so it's kind of hard to tell if it was done prior to, during, or after manufacture, but it does not detract from the cuteness of the piece.
